Led the UX and accessibility design for their digital case management and automation platform.

Year: 2021-25

Created inclusive workflows, prototypes, and accessibilty audits, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards while improving efficiency for global teams

The legal domain demands precision and efficiency. My work helped bridge gaps between attorneys, clients, and technology—resulting in streamlined processes, reduced SLA breaches, and more transparent client interactions.

Client: Client: Subbie App (Sunbuilt Group, Australia)

Designed and prototyped an AI-driven collaboration tool for builders and subcontractors. Introduced features like task tracking, safety compliance, and voice-based AI assistance to simplify on-site project management.

Year: 2014–21

Led the product’s design vision from concept to MVP. Built interactive prototypes and AI-driven modules, including safety checklists, action item tracking, and toolbox talk documentation. Introduced a voice-enabled assistant to support hands-free updates, a first for construction tech in the region.

Construction projects often suffer from delays, miscommunication, and compliance risks. Subbie was designed to close these gaps—streamlining communication, documenting accountability, and reducing time lost in manual processes. Positioned to compete with industry leaders like Procore and HammerTech, the app demonstrates how AI can transform day-to-day site management.

Client: sCoolMeal

Developed branding and end-to-end UI/UX for a school nutrition platform. Focused on making healthy eating engaging for kids while providing clear dashboards for parents and administrators.

Year: 2019

Transformed research insights into actionable design strategies. Created detailed personas for children, parents, and schools to ensure the product served all stakeholders. Mapped end-to-end user journeys, identified friction points, and designed solutions ranging from parent dashboards to gamified meal experiences for kids. Developed wireframes, prototypes, and brand identity rooted in inclusivity and education.

School meal programs face the dual challenge of nutrition compliance and child engagement. sCoolMeal addressed both—providing schools with structured dashboards, giving parents peace of mind, and helping kids learn healthy habits in a fun, interactive way. The platform bridged design, education, and healthcare into one seamless product.
