STORY
My path into behavioral design wasn't conventional.
It started in broadcast television where content had seconds to capture attention and drive emotion. That taught me something no design course ever could how humans respond, decide, and feel in real time.
From there enterprise transformation, regulated compliance systems, AI-enabled platforms, construction technology. Each domain added a new layer of understanding about how people behave under pressure, uncertainty, and complexity.
That cross-domain exposure wasn't accidental. It's the foundation of everything I design today.
I worked closely with Jojo for a number of years and found him to be very talented professional. A master at his trade and a brilliant visionary.
