Section 02 — Information We Collect

Enquiry & Contact Data: When you reach out via the contact form, email, or any linked platform, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the details of your enquiry.

Project & Engagement Data: During active engagements, we may collect documents, briefs, assets, and information you share as part of the working relationship. This is treated as confidential professional information.

Website Usage Data: We collect standard analytics data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate location via IP address. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

Communication Records: Emails, meeting notes, and written correspondence may be retained for the duration of and following an engagement for professional and legal record-keeping purposes.

Section 03 — How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries and assess project fit before entering a formal engagement.

To deliver services — all project-related information is used exclusively to execute the agreed scope of work.

To improve our practice — anonymised, non-identifiable usage patterns from the website help us understand how people engage with Noonwave's content and services.

To maintain professional records — engagement correspondence and project documentation are retained in accordance with standard business and legal requirements.

To communicate with you — if you have opted in, we may send occasional updates about Noonwave's work, thinking, or availability. You can opt out at any time by contacting jojo@noonwave.com.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the professional relationship.

Section 04 — Behavioural Research & Engagement Observations

As part of Noonwave's design practice — which includes the application of Strategic Camouflage™ methodology and Persuasion Engineering frameworks — engagements may involve the observation, analysis, or documentation of user behavioural patterns within the scope of a commissioned project.

Any behavioural data collected as part of a research or design engagement is used solely for the purpose of informing design decisions within that engagement. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or retained beyond the project unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Where end-user research is conducted as part of a project, Noonwave requires that all necessary consents and ethical approvals are obtained by the commissioning client prior to research activities commencing.

Section 05 — Use of AI Tools

Noonwave uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted tools as part of its research, synthesis, and design process. This is disclosed openly in our Terms & Conditions.

We do not submit personally identifiable client data, confidential project information, or sensitive user data to any third-party AI platform without explicit written consent from the relevant party.

AI tools are used for research synthesis, ideation, and content development — not for automated decision-making about individuals.

Section 06 — Information Sharing

Noonwave does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information under any circumstances.

Information may be shared only in the following limited situations:

With trusted service providers — such as cloud storage, project management, or communication tools used to operate the practice. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.

For legal compliance — if required by applicable law, regulation, or enforceable governmental request, we may disclose information to the extent legally required.

With your explicit consent — for example, if Noonwave references an engagement in its professional portfolio, this will only occur with written agreement from the commissioning party, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

Section 07 — Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Project files and correspondence are stored in password-protected environments with access limited to Jojo Noon.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we apply industry-standard practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to communicate sensitive information through appropriate channels.

Section 08 — Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information Noonwave holds about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your data where there is no legal or professional obligation to retain it, and withdraw consent for any non-essential communication at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us directly at jojo@noonwave.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
